Rogues Gallery

For almost a hundred years the colorful heroes of the Freedom Council have fought the bizarre, sinister, world-domination ambitions of O.V.E.R.L.O.R.D. This has been the status quo—patriotic heroes, mysterious vigilantes, gods and technological marvels fighting the remnants of the Axis Powers—evil geniuses, inhuman monsters, dark magic and walking weapons of mass destruction. With neither side having an advantage, it seems like the never ending battle against evil, might actually be never ending.

Now, O.V.E.R.L.O.R.D. has realized that their doomsday weapon will only work if anthropogenic climate change is reversed, and this becomes their new goal, leaving their heroic counterparts in a moral quandary.

Rogues Gallery is a satire that pokes fun at super-hero tropes but also offers some insight into the nature of the real problems (and real villains) that plague humanity.

Rogues Gallery takes place over nine chapters, each of which is released as a single comic book issue.

Rogues Gallery issue 1

Doctor Null and the sinister villains of O.V.E.R.L.O.R.D. have captured America's greatest champion All-Star and the heroes of The Freedom Council. Null has a new doomsday weapon that will destroy New York City and the heroes are helpless to stop him, unless they can figure out a way to escape confinement and defeat the would be world conquerors. In other words, it's another day in the pages of one of Gallery Comics's superhero titles.

Or it is! The status quo is overturned and the never ending battle between good and evil may come to a sudden end. Neither the heroes nor the villains saw this coming, and the world will never be the same.

Endgame sets up the nine part comic book series that satirizes the genre and offers some insight into the nature of the real problems (and real villains) that plague humanity.
